Two potted sweet pea plants with willow climbing supports, placed next to a wooden fence under sunlight, casting shadows. One pot has a bee decoration on it. There is a patch of grass and some gardening supplies nearby.
Willow garden obelisk leaning against a large tree in a lush green garden.

Join me to learn some beginner weaving techniques and a chance to create your very own willow obelisk to take home with you. These are perfect to use in flower beds or pots to train climbing plants up. This class is aimed at beginners, so don’t worry if you’ve never tried willow weaving before! Please note weaving can be surprisingly physical work, so some strength in the hands is required.

Obelisks- Friday 20th February

Thoroughly enjoyed the session. Went in thinking that I would be the only guy there and that it would be a long two hours. Was right on the first assumption and completely won on the second. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole session.
I really enjoyed the workshop, it was a great introduction into willow weaving. It feels great that I can leave with something I can actually use.
So friendly, a great evening with friends . Can’t wait to do it again.
